Libraries are in a unique position to help job seekers. Not only can they provide information and resources, they can help job seekers make connections with other programs and services in their local community. This program will provide a brief overview of LearningExpress Library and its new tool for job seekers, Job and Career Accelerator. Strategies for forging partnerships with other organizations offering workforce development services will be shared by Deschutes Public Library and Josephine Community Libraries. Add a new job seeking tool to your workforce development resources toolbox and pick up some tips and inspiration for making connections in your community!
